USA - Refund Policy
Situations under which Refunds are Asked by the Traveler
- a) If the airline cancels the flight due to any reason, and the customer is not willing to travel or has no intention to take vouchers, or travel credits, then a full refund is demanded.
- b) The customer may also demand full refund if the designated airline changes the flight, or there is a flight delay, and has no intention to take vouchers or travel credits.
Refunds in Case of Major Changes or Major Delays
- a) Early Departure from the Designated Airports – 3+ Hours for domestic flights, 6+ Hours for international flights
- b) Arriving at the airport beyond the Scheduled Time – 3 hours (domestic) or 6 Hours (international)
- c) Manipulation in the point of origin or destination airport
- d) Increase in the Connections
Refunds on Downgrades
Customer has the right to ask for refunds if downgraded to lower service class without involuntary decision. However, the airline will refund the difference between original and downgraded fare if passenger continues to travel on downgraded service.
Cancelation Fee (USA)
- a) If the passenger schedules the cancelation, we will charge a Cancelation Fee in US$
- b) Automatic refunds are initiated in 7 Business Days if using Credit Card
- c) Automatic refunds are initiated in 20 Business Days if using currency denominations
- d) Refunds will be delivered to your original payment account
- Full refunds are possible if you purchased a completely refundable air ticket
- Only the airlines are entitled to offer you refunds
- There shall be no refunds of Taxes and Fees under any circumstances
- Change Fee applies for name or date changes
Canada - Refund Policy
Refunds
- Flight refunds are managed through Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR)
- Refunds shall be processed in the same bank account used for payments
- Not all parts of airfare are refundable
- All flight tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Cancellations
Request for cancellations should be received within 24 hours before flight departure. If flight ticket has been subjected to changes and original airfare has increased, customer must pay the additional airfare. Cancellation shall by no means become part of flight itinerary.
Voucher Terms: The voucher has single time use, validity of only 12 Months from issuance. After validity, the voucher loses its value with no alternative to claim compensation.
