Faarzo and faarzo.com is an omnitravel operator providing flight deals and travel arrangements across the globe in addition to offering hotel accommodations. Terms like "You", "Customers/Travellers", "Participant" or "Guest" MEANS INDIVIDUALS/GROUPS WHO BOOK WITH US.

The Expanse of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to brochures, documents, and correspondence in general and the Suppliers. It also extends to privacy policy and the disclaims made by us. The Terms and Conditions also have its expanse to the Refunds and Cancellations and Taxes and Fees.

NOTE #1: The Terms and Conditions have waivers of liability and selection of destination, Airline Classes and Notice Clauses.
NOTE #2: Customers making payments directly for international flight and hotel experiences shall adhere to our Terms and Conditions explicitly. Once you read our Terms and Conditions, you become legally binding and AGREE completely with our business modalities.
NOTE #3: In case of any doubts with the Terms and Conditions you should refrain from making any bookings. If disagreeing to the Terms and Conditions, we shall not make any bookings whatsoever.

No Liability for Group Bookings

The group leader shall hold the responsibility of booking Terms and Conditions with every member of the group. The group leader is formally responsible financially for the bookings. We shall not be held accountable for failure to disclose Terms and Conditions to every member of the group.

Breach of Terms and Conditions

If customers breach the Terms and Conditions, this would result in:

  • a) The cancellation of reservation without any prior notice and no issuance of refunds
  • b) Deniability of travel related services including cruise bookings, hotel bookings and flight deals

Changes in the Terms and Conditions

We have the obligatory right to ensure changes in the Terms and Conditions entirely on our sole discretion. Customers should visit our website regularly for reviewing the updates and addition of new clauses on Terms and Conditions.

Bookings and Payment – Currencies

The holidays and flight bookings made on our website shall be done in GBP/US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. The booking shall not be complete if the entire payment is not credited to us within a stipulated timeframe.

Non-Refundable Nature of Bookings

The financial transactions and deposits made by customers shall not be refunded unless explicitly permitted by the suppliers. Flight tickets and Travel arrangements are non-changeable and non-transferrable. We will charge cancellation fee and administrative fee for any changes.

Payment Methods and Chargebacks

Payments shall be processed via secured online systems through major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Before any chargeback is initiated, an email should be sent to us highlighting specific concerns and doubts on our charges.
